MYP Bankdrück-Wettbewerb

• Um an diesem Wettbewerb teilzunehmen, musst du:

(i) den Myprotein-Stand (Stand 10.2D19) auf der FIBO-Messe auf dem Gelände der Köln Messe, Messeplatz 1, 50679 Köln („Stand“) am 12. April 2025 zwischen 12:30 Uhr und 13:30 Uhr oder am 13. April 2025 zwischen 12:30 Uhr und 13:30 Uhr besuchen;

(ii) deinen Namen und entweder deinen Instagram-Nutzernamen oder deine E-Mail-Adresse dem Myprotein-Team am Stand mitteilen, die den Bankdrück-Wettbewerb („Challenge“) betreuen;

(iii) an der Challenge teilnehmen und versuchen, innerhalb von 60 Sekunden mit der bereitgestellten 60-kg-Langhantel so viele Wiederholungen wie möglich zu schaffen;

(iv) Die Person mit den meisten Wiederholungen gewinnt einen Jahresvorrat an Origin Pre-Workout-Produkten und Kleidung.

• Der Teilnahmezeitraum beginnt am 12. April 2025 um 09:01 Uhr BST und endet am 13. April 2025 um 17:59 Uhr BST („Teilnahmeschluss“). Nach dem Teilnahmeschluss eingehende Anmeldungen werden nicht berücksichtigt.

• Nur eine Teilnahme pro Person ist erlaubt. Teilnehmende müssen zum Zeitpunkt der Teilnahme mindestens 18 Jahre alt und wohnhaft im Vereinigten Königreich (außer Nordirland), in Deutschland, Frankreich oder den Niederlanden sein.

• Es wird eine/n Gewinner/in geben. Der Preis besteht aus:
• einem Jahresvorrat an Sour Watermelon Origin Pre-Workout (12 Dosen mit je 26 Portionen) im Wert von £300;
• einer Auswahl an Origin-Kleidung (Größen XS – XXL, je nach Verfügbarkeit) im Wert von £100;
• Origin Protein mit Kreatin (25 Portionen, Geschmacksrichtung frei wählbar) im Wert von £39,99;

• Die Wiederholungszahlen werden an einer Bestenliste am Stand festgehalten, der/die Gewinner/in wird am 14. April 2025 („Enddatum“) bekannt gegeben. Wenn mehrere Teilnehmende die gleiche Anzahl an Wiederholungen erreichen, wird am 14. April 2025 per computergestütztem Zufallsverfahren ein/e Gewinner/in aus diesen Personen ermittelt („Losentscheid bei Gleichstand“).

• Der/die Gewinner/in wird innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach dem Enddatum oder dem Losentscheid bei Gleichstand über den angegebenen Instagram-Nutzernamen oder per E-Mail benachrichtigt (je nachdem, was bei der Anmeldung angegeben wurde). Dabei werden auch Informationen zur Annahme des Gewinns mitgeteilt. Wenn der Gewinn nicht innerhalb von 5 Tagen wie beschrieben angenommen wird, verfällt der Anspruch und der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, eine andere Person aus den verbleibenden gültigen Teilnahmen auszuwählen (erneut per Zufallsziehung).

MYP Bench Press Competition 

How to win

1. Go to the Myprotein stand (Stand 10.2D19) at the FIBO trade show at Koelnmesse Trade Fairgrounds, Messeplatz 1, 50679 Cologne (“Stand”) between12:30 on12 April 2025 and13:30 on 12 April 2025 and12:30 on13 April 2025 and13:30 on 13 April 2025;

1. Provide your name and either your Instagram handle or email address to the Myprotein staff managing the stand and bench press challenge (“Challenge”); and

1. Attempt the Challenge and try to bench press the most reps within 60 secondsusingthe60kg barbell and weights provided.

1. The person who bench presses the most repswithin 60 seconds wins a year’s supply of Origin pre-workout and clothing.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Opening and closing dates

Entries open at09:01 BST on12 April 2025 and close at17:59BST on13 April 2025(“Closing Date”). Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted.

One entry per person.

Who can enter

Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Entrants must hold a valid FIBO trade show ticket at the time of entry.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You are not permitted to enter the competition if you are an employee of the Promoter, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the competition.

Prize

There will be one winner. The prize for the winner will be:

• a year’s supply of Sour Watermelon Origin Pre-Workout(which is12xtubs,26 servings per tub) worth £300;

• a selection of Myprotein “Origin” clothing (sizes XS – XXL, subject to stock availability) worth £100;

• Myprotein “Origin” Protein with Creatine(25 servings, the winners hall choose the flavour of protein that they receive) worth £39.99;

• Myprotein “Origin” Pre-Workout Dry Scoop(20 servings,the winner shall choose the flavour of Pre-Workout that they receive) worth £18.99;

• Myprotein “Origin” Pre-Workout Variety Pack(10 servings) worth £19.49;

(together the “Prize”).

The winner should allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize.

The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives to the Prize will be offered and the Prize is not transferable.

If for any reason a Prize is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.

How is the winner selected?

Entrants scores will be recorded on a leaderboard at the stand and the winner will be confirmed on14 April 2025 (“Confirmation Date”).

If a number of entrants score the same amount of reps during the 60 seconds, those entrants will be entered in to a draw which will be selected at random by a computer process from all eligible entries on14 April 2025 (“Multiple Entries Date”).

The winner will be notified by either their Instagram handle or email (whichever method was provided to the Myprotein staf fat the FIBO stand upon entry) within5 days of the Confirmation Date or Multiple Entries Date and will be given details of how to accept the Prize.

Failure by the winner to accept the Prize in the manner specified within5 days of the Promoter’s notification will make any claim invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries.

Other

The winner agrees that the Promoter may disclose their name to other entrants of the competition.

This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY FORM

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned, agree as follows:

1. I agree to participate in the “Myprotein” 60kg bench press challenge at the Myprotein stand at the FIBO trade show at Koelnmesse Trade Fairgrounds,Messeplatz 1, 50679 Cologne (the “Competition”) organised by THG Nutrition Limited (trading as Myprotein) and/or its agent and/or group companies (“Company”).

1. I agree that I will participate in the Competition in accordance with the safety instructions provided by the Company (“Safety Instructions”). Furthermore, I shall ensure my own personal safety at all times and I will follow the instructions, guidelines and rules of the Company in accordance with the Safety Instructions.

1. I understand and accept that the Competition will be physical and strenuous and requires a level of fitness which means I should not undertake it unless I am physically fit. I confirm that I do not know of any medical condition that I suffer from which might put me at risk of becoming involved in an incident which could result in injury to myself or to others whilst taking part in the Competition.

1. By taking part in the Competition, I understand and accept that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury (both to my persons or my property) arising from or associated with my partaking in the Competition. I hereby waive all and any claims against the Company in this regard.

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, hold harmless, indemnify and shall keep indemnified the Company from all claims for any injury, loss or damage sustained by me arising from or associated with the Competition. I hereby indemnify the Company against all claims made by any other person against the Company in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with my failure to comply with the Safety Instructions and/or directions of the Company.

1. I agree to be photographed and filmed by the Company in connection with my participation in the Competition. The photographs and/or video content may be used by the Company in any promotional video(s), social media posts and/or general marketing literature produced by or on behalf of the Company from time to time. The Company may, without limitation, use the photographs and filmed content on the Company’s website and/or social media accounts.

1. I hereby irrevocably authorise the Company and its affiliates to copyright, publish (including in magazines advertisements), reproduce, exhibit, transmit, broadcast (including online), televise, digitise, display, otherwise use, and permit others to use,(a) my name, image, likeness, and voice, and (b) all photographs, recordings, videotapes, audio-visual materials, writings, statements, and quotations of or by myself (collectively, the“Materials”), in any manner, form, or format whatsoever now or hereinafter created, including on the internet, and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising or promotion of the Company, without further consent from or payment to me.

1. It is understood thatall of the Materials, and all films, audiotapes, videotapes, reproductions, media, plates, negatives, photocopies, and electronic and digital copies of the Materials, are the sole property of Company. I agree not to contest the rights or authority granted to Company hereunder. I hereby forever release and discharge Company, its employees, licensees, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or demands whatsoever arising by reason of defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, or any other personal or property rights from or related to any use of the Materials. I understand that Company is under no obligation to use the Materials.

1. This document contains the entire agreement between the Company and the undersigned concerning the subject matter hereof.
