Wir alle kennen das „Anabole Fenster“: Ein Zeitraum nach dem Training, indem der Körper optimal auf zugeführte Nährstoffe reagiert (bevorzugt mit Muskelaufbau).

Genauso beliebt ist die Diskussion darüber, ob die Fastenperiode über Nacht Einfluss auf das Muskelwachstum hat, oder nicht. Kann ein Eiweißshake vor dem Schlafengehen einem Muskelverlust vorbeugen und sogar das Wachstum anregen?
